Main responsibilities
- Coordinate Facility Management services and ensure smooth operation
- Effective division of activities between internal and external teams
- Ensure quality of services and monitor performance indicators
- Implement corrective measures and operational optimization
- Award and conclusion of contracts and follow-up by providers
- Check and validate invoices according to defined skills Contribute to budget planning
- Ensuring the proper flow of information and reporting
- Participate in sessions and various projects related to the area of activities Required
- Experience confirmed in a coordination or operational function: in Facility Management, facility services or real estate
- Work in a structured, accurate and trustworthy manner Resistant and organized
