Role overview
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES In this role you are responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the tools and equipment.
This includes in particular the following activities
- Carrying out tool changes in the master mold area
- Transporting the tools between production and the tool warehouse
- Reporting defects or the need for changes to the tool to the head of the tool warehouse
- Carrying out minor repairs (e.g.
on hoses, water nipples, water/hydraulic couplings) as well as cleaning tools and their surroundings
- Support with inventory and documentation of the tool inventory
- Proper storage and labeling of tools according to established standards
- Cooperation with maintenance and Production to coordinate tool availability PROFILE You ideally have a degree as a production mechanic or similar basic training.
You also have the following characteristics and skills
- Good technical and mechanical understanding and interest in new technologies
- SUVA-recognized driver's license for forklift drivers is an advantage
- Experience with injection molding machines is an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
- Clean, careful and correct way of working
- Resilient and flexible personality
