Role overview
At the heart of a demanding and energy-intensive industrial environment, you ensure the operation, safety and evolution of all the electrical installations at the site.
You manage a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the performance, reliability and modernization of our equipment.
- Take full responsibility for the electrical installations of the production site
- Manage and optimize the fleet of electric motors, CMCs, MT and BT lines and building installations
- Support and develop a team of electricians, automaticians and instrumentalists
- Planning and organizing activities according to operational priorities
- Active participation in investment projects and facilities modernization
- Ensure safety of persons and installations (ITTO controls and electrical safety concept)
- Propose and implement technical and organisational improvement measures
- Follow-up of apprentice training and develop team skills
