The Human Resources Recruitment sector helps to attract and engage the talents necessary for the proper functioning and development of the Jura Hospital.

As part of the replacement of the licensee, the Jura Hospital is looking for an entry into office or to be agreed upon, one:

Your missions

• Pilot recruitment processes, from need analysis to engagement.
• Advise and support service managers in recruitment and candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure sourcing, develop and implement new recruitment strategies and pathways, including to attract rare or underdeveloped profiles.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of recruitment practices within the team.
• Provide a first level of advice on the rules related to Swiss labour law and the recruitment of Swiss and border staff.
• Manager and support staff of the recruitment team, organise the activity, set priorities and promote the development of their skills.
• Collaborate with HR Directorate on recruitment related projects and topics.
• Contribute to the Employer Brand by sharing your expertise and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Higher training in human resources or training deemed equivalent, supplemented by confirmed experience in recruitment. The federal HR specialist certificate is an asset.
• Experience confirmed in recruitment and team management.
• Experience in the health sector is an asset.
• Very good command of French and excellent editorial skills.
• Interest in Swiss labour law and ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
• Autonomy, organization, sense of service and excellent relational qualities.
• Leadership, team spirit and ability to unite.
• Flexibility to move around the different sites of the Jura Hospital.
