Role overview
The intensive care department of the Jura Hospital, located on our Delémont site, provides care for patients presenting critical situations requiring continuous monitoring and highly specialized care.
Our multidisciplinary team works in a demanding technical environment, where responsiveness, rigor and collaboration are essential to guarantee secure and quality support.
In order to complete our team, we are looking for, for a replacement with immediate entry into office or to be agreed, a:
- The intensive care department of the Jura Hospital, located on our Delémont site, provides care for patients presenting critical situations requiring continuous monitoring and highly specialized care.
- Our multidisciplinary team works in a demanding technical environment, where responsiveness, rigor and collaboration are essential to guarantee secure and quality support.
- Ensure comprehensive and highly specialized care of patients in critical condition.
- Carry out continuous clinical monitoring of vital parameters and detect any changes in health status.
- Bachelor in nursing or qualification deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
- Training in intensive care or experience of at least 2 years in intensive care (CH) or resuscitation (FR).
Main responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive and highly specialized care of patients in critical condition.
- Carry out continuous clinical monitoring of vital parameters and detect any changes in health status.
- Ensure the management and use of monitoring and life support equipment (ventilation, perfusions, etc.).
- Administer prescribed treatments and adapt care in collaboration with the doctor in charge.
- Participate in interdisciplinary coordination with medical, nursing and therapeutic teams.
- Ensure precise and rigorous documentation of care in the patient file.
- Contribute to the quality, safety of care and continuous improvement of practices.
Key requirements
- Bachelor in nursing or qualification deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland.
- Training in intensive care or experience of at least 2 years in intensive care (CH) or resuscitation (FR).
- Excellent clinical analysis and rapid decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage high stress situations and complex care.
- Team spirit, rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Mastery of the French language (oral and written). Advantages
