- Identify and maintain inventory of technical facilities and equipment.
- Identify critical equipment requiring special monitoring.
- Identify facilities involved in work or redevelopment projects.
- Ensure the reliability of the establishment's technical data. Deployment and operation of GMAO
- Participate in the selection, setting and deployment of the GMAO.

- Controlling preventive and corrective maintenance of technical buildings.
Company and context
- Your Mission Within the Technical Service and under the responsibility of the Technical Manager/Technical Director, you are responsible for the organization, planning and monitoring of all maintenance activities of the facility.
- You coordinate internal and external teams, ensure the traceability of interventions, participate in the deployment of the GMAO and ensure the proper execution of maintenance contracts to ensure the availability, safety and performance of the hospital's technical facilities.
- Excellent organizational, planning and coordination capabilities.
- Good knowledge of technical installations: electricity, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, medical gases and building techniques.
- Reading and understanding of technical plans and diagrams.
- Mastery of GMAO and office tools.
- Experience in monitoring maintenance contracts and coordination of providers.
- Ability to produce clear reporting and ensure traceability of interventions.
- We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:
- Graduate degree in maintenance, electrical engineering, climate engineering, building, electromechanical or equivalent training.
