  • They combine medical quality with economic thinking and a clear view of the essentials.
  • They create an environment in which young doctors can grow, take responsibility and develop into independent and competent doctors.
  • You represent the continuing education clinic to specialist societies, committees and cooperation partners and bear responsibility for budget and results with a focus on quality, training and sustainability.

Requirements

  • You have the specialist title General Internal Medicine.
  • The existing A-status of the continuing education clinic requires habilitation. However, we are also very pleased about suitable applications without habilitation.
  • You have already assumed leadership responsibility, know the structures of the Swiss health system and are safely moving in the field of tension between medicine, organization and economy.
  • You are integrative, communicative and solution-oriented. This enables you to align your department and interprofessional partners to common goals and to bring different perspectives together constructively.
