Main responsibilities

- Defining, deploying and guaranteeing the policy of acceptance of risks Things, consistent with the company's strategy Validate complex and non-standard cases
- Provide proactive portfolio management (remediation, adjustment of premiums, rationalization of coverage) Team Management & Development
- Drive and develop your team through inspiring, collaborative, and coaching leadership
- Promote a culture of sharing expertise and continuous improvement Projects, innovation & cross-cutting coordination
- To be a power of proposal in the evolution and transformation of business model
- Actively contribute to the development and adaptation of Choses products, in conjunction with other departments
- Actively monitor market, risk and competition developments and stimulate innovation Required What makes you unique:
- Significant experience in Choses subscription, including several years in a managerial or technical responsibility function
- Higher education (insurance, economy, risk management or equivalent) and implementation of subscription and renewal policies
