Reference Stock (M/F)

Workplace: Le Noirmont (JU)

Attached to the Head of Stock at La Montre Hermès, the Reference of Stock assists the Head of Stock in its daily operational management. He/she guarantees the optimal storage of the semi-finished components and products of the House, in order to participate in their availability in time and quality. In addition to his/her operational function, he/she provides supervision and support to employees in order to facilitate the performance of their duties, and is the lead contact person in discussions with other departments.

Your main tasks will be

Stock reference

• You will coordinate daily life by distributing the work to your teammates according to priorities.
• You will respond to the priorities of the other SC teams by proposing suitable lead times.
• You will act as an intermediary in the transmission of information between the stock team and the manager.
• You will provide training, versatility and respect for good practices within the team.
• You will support the team by helping with blocking issues and ensuring a good working environment.
• You will ensure the smooth running of operations, propose process improvements and will be the force of proposal for problem solving.
• You will be Key User WMS and will accompany version evolutions.
• You will maintain a close collaboration with the stock analyst / stock reference of the Brügg site.
• You will be involved in drafting the procedures.
• You will actively contribute to quarterly inventories and the annual inventory.

Stock management

• You will manage inventory movements by ensuring compliance with scheduling and supply constraints (quantity/weight).
• If necessary, you will create different orders (distribution, requisition, manufacture).
• You will check the availability of the components in stock and analyze the transfer requirements.
• You will manage component assignments and launch sampling lists.
• You will optimize storage and guarantee respect for site mapping.
• You will ensure compliance with the procedures (COC, RJC...).
• You will ensure the receipt of components (physical, computer and archiving if necessary).
• You will control the stocks and their accuracy, ensuring that they are properly held.
• You will prepare the sampling lists and ensure the picking.
• You will be able to analyze transaction history, especially as part of inventory deviations.

Your profile

• You have a trade employee training or equivalent level.
• You master computer tools and are comfortable using LES (knowledge of a WMS and/or M3 is a plus).
• You justify a successful experience in a stock management function
• The knowledge of the watchmaking sector is a plus.
• You demonstrate leadership and a capacity to unite your team.
• You are organized, rigorous, with an analytical and synthesis mindset.
• You are autonomous, responsive and show initiative, flexibility and a sense of stated result.
• You appreciate the collaboration and are recognized for your relationship and teamwork.
• You master office tools, including Excel.
