Mechanic Maker (M/F)

Workplace: Le Noirmont (JU) Attached to the Mechanical Workshop, the Mechanic Manufacturer is responsible for the manufacture, development and maintenance of stamping tools. He/she also intervenes in support of their design, in relation to the Technical Bureau.

• Your main tasks will be:

Manufacture of stamping

You will be in charge of the manufacture of cold-stamping tools, the development of tools, and their adjustment to validate the conformity of the requested parts (dimensional and aesthetic). You will write and share the process associated with this manufacture. You will evolve daily in a workshop including machine tools, wire and ground erosion machines, presses, and CNC machining machines. You will be in charge of the maintenance of the manufactured tools and in support of the production workshop Stamping Boxes.

Support in making the technical folder of the stampings

From the volumes of the industrialization service, you will realize the tools, share with industrialization the evolutions and modifications of the tools.

Participate in product improvement

You will be the force of permanent proposal on the optimization of tools (to improve the service life of the tools as well as to improve the processes and product requirements). You will participate in the capitalization of internal know-how in stamping design and the technological watch of the field of activity.

You will meet current EHS standards.

Your profile

You have a CFC Mechanic training (or equivalent) as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in carrying out the tooling process. You master the programming of machine tools and have knowledge of CAD and simulation (Coldform). You master common computer tools (Powerpoint, Excel...). You are recognized for your rigor and working methods. You have team spirit and the ability to collaborate/communicate effectively within a group. Beyond academic qualities, we seek human qualities that allow rapid integration within the Hermès House.
