Description of post For our general practice of Biel we are looking for one or two medical assistant(s) F/D (1x100% or 2x50%-60%)) This position requires versatility as you will be active in our general medicine practice and our Walk-in-clinic which is an emergency medical practice with consultations with and/or without appointments. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: • Provide patient reception, guidance and support in a professional and caring manner. • Manage hotline, appointment making and message processing. • Perform routine care such as blood taking, injections, infusions and assist physicians in specific medical actions. • Perform the usual diagnostic tests: laboratory, ECG, conventional radiology, 24-hour blood pressure measurement, sleep apnea screening, spirometry, etc. • Ensure the administrative follow-up of patient files and the various administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the firm. • Actively participate in the quality of care and the smooth running of daily medical activities.
