Within the HR team, you play a key role in the operational and administrative support of our teams. Versatile and rigorous, you intervene throughout the life cycle of the employee, from recruitment to training, while ensuring compliance and administrative excellence in our department.

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A IMPACT?

Recruitment & Integration

• Manage the entire recruitment process for temporary production positions.
• Ensure the integration of new employees and monitor their trial periods.

Personnel Administration & Partner Tracking

• Administer employee files and verify documentation required for new hires.
• Coordinate and monitor temporary staff files in close collaboration with our partner employment agencies.
• Organize and manage the physical and/or digital archiving of collaborating folders.

HR Projects & Compliance

• Actively participate in the redesign and updating of function descriptions.
• Monitor the deployment and completion of compliance modules by all employees.

Training

• To provide administrative support for the management and organisation of internal and external training.

HOW ARE YOU GONNA USE US?

Holder of a SWC of commercial employee, ideally supplemented by the HR certificate, you justify a successful experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar function. You master the basics of Swiss labour law and ideally have a good knowledge of the CTC of the Swiss watch industry and microtechnics. Perfectly comfortable with IT tools and HRIS, you are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization and your total discretion.
