The Jura Hospital operates on the sites of Delémont, Porrentruy, the Résidence des Franches-Montagnes and the Résidence la Promenade, and places for the month of August 2027.

• During your apprenticeship, you will be led to:
• · Discover the craft of cooking in a stimulating environment, alongside passionate professionals.
• · Prepare and make various dishes for employees, patients and residents of H-JU.
• · Make hot, cold and pastry dishes.
• · Start with dietetic cuisine.
• · Develop rigour, hygiene and work organisation.

Your profile

• · You complete your compulsory education in 2027 or you are an adult undergoing vocational retraining in the field of health.
• You are motivated, dynamic, curious.
• · You like working as a team.
• · You enjoy making dishes.
• · You are comfortable in a structured and demanding environment.
