- Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) , you will oversee a high-performing organization of approximately 20 product professionals, including Group Product Managers (GPMs).
- This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the heartbeat of our technical offering—the Sonar Platform and Code Orchestration layer —alongside our commercial engine, the Sonar Storefront (Billing, Permissions, Growth).
- You will also be the champion of the Developer Experience (DevEx) , ensuring our UX, MCP, CLI, APIs, and integrations are world-class.
- You will work in a "power-couple" partnership with our VP of Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions to a global B2B customer base. What you will do
- Strategic Vision: Define and drive a compelling vision that aligns with Sonar’s long-term business goals.
- Business Translation: Convert complex business needs into actionable product initiatives, balancing technical debt with rapid innovation.
- Domain Evangelism: Act as the primary advocate for your domain both internally (to the C-suite and Sales) and externally (to customers and the developer community).
- Execution & GTM Readiness: Personally lead the demonstration of MVPs and ensure the entire domain is primed for Go-To-Market success, working closely with Marketing and Sales.
- Cross-Domain Orchestration: Serve as the strategic "smoother" for cross-domain initiatives.
- While GPMs and PMs own the tactical execution, you remove high-level friction and ensure alignment across the broader organization.
