- Administrative supervision of civil and criminal proceedings.
- They have completed a commercial education and have good computer skills.
- They work independently, reliably, results-oriented and accurately.
Main responsibilities
- In order to strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETAR/IN as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement (80-100%) Your responsibilities
- Administrative supervision of civil and criminal proceedings.
- Capture of new incoming procedures.
- Keeping the schedule and summoning to court hearings.
- copying and sending decisions.
- Statistical execution and archiving of procedures.
- Telephone contacts with courts, authorities, parties and lawyers.
- General secretarial work and postal service.
Key requirements
- They have completed a commercial education and have good computer skills.
- They work independently, reliably, results-oriented and accurately.
- They are characterized by a flexible working method, stylish German and a quick understanding.
- Hectic situations do not bring you out of peace and do not let you lose track.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a court or law firm. Our offer
