Tasks

You are responsible for the building technology and contact person: for our customer in the field of building technology. Your responsibilities include the following activities:

• Professional responsibility in the field of building technology and maintenance
• Supervision of all house technical installations (HLKSE)
• Monitoring and performing maintenance/inspections according to maintenance planning
• Advising on ownership in all technical trades
• Administrative handling of day-to-day operations
• Repair work of the building infrastructure
• Planning, organising and implementing projects in the field of building technology
• Optimize operating costs in the building with innovative ideas and ensure customer satisfaction with your service-oriented appearance
• Pictet service

Requirements

You describe yourself as a service provider: in the innermost conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. You also bring the following:

• Basic technical training in HVAC or electrical systems
• Strong technical understanding of the interaction of plants and systems
• Several years of professional experience in the technical field of building operations
• Experience in the operation of building control systems
• Good computer user knowledge
• Ticket Cat. B
• Teamplayer
• Strong concept of service
• Readiness for Picetting
