Welcome to Landquart, the largest cheese factory in Switzerland. Every year, we process more than 100 million kilograms of milk into Raclette and Switzerland Swiss. • Ensure a smooth production process by monitoring pasteurisation, CIP and whey processing.
• Responsible implementation of the work according to the weekly and daily schedule.
• Close coordination of the processes with the finishers, especially in the case of finishing and CIP cleaning.
• Careful inspection of equipment and equipment before each production start.
• Transparent documentation and good communication between control room and production.

• training as a dairy technologist or similar.

• 5 weeks of vacation: Enjoy five weeks of vacation per year. From the age of 46, your holiday entitlement gradually increases to up to six weeks.
