Introduction

For our customers in food production, we are looking for a dedicated specialist in the field of dairy technology for permanent employment in 2-shift operation with a workload of 100%. The application takes place in a production environment in which the operation and monitoring of modern production facilities is the focus. We are looking for a person who reliably accompanies production processes, consistently adheres to quality, hygiene and safety standards and, if necessary, independently recognizes and corrects simple faults. In addition, the careful documentation of the production data in the ERP system is part of the daily task area. The position is suitable for people with experience in the food industry, in the dairy industry or in a cheese factory who work in a structured manner and like to participate in the production team.

Tasks

• They operate and monitor our production facilities in the field of milk processing.
• They ensure a smooth production process in compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety requirements.
• You recognize simple disturbances at an early stage and resolve them independently within the scope of your responsibility.
• They support optimization of production processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• They carefully carry out cleaning and control work in accordance with operational specifications.
• They document production data completely and correctly in the ERP system.
• They actively participate in the production team and support the training of new employees.

Profile

• They have completed training in the food industry, dairy technology or a similar discipline.
• You have experience in the food industry, dairy industry or cheese factory.
• Ideally, you have already worked with ERP systems.
• They have a good knowledge of German in words and writing, at least at level B2 to C1.
• You are ready to work in shift mode.
• They work in a team, reliably and independently.
• They handle production processes, documentation and quality requirements carefully.
