- Technical support & administration for support orders, feedback and billing
- Superuser IBM Maximo including system maintenance, mutations, user management, reporting and user support
- Several years of professional experience: with ERP, maintenance or ordering systems an advantage
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): basic commercial or technical training Very good MS Office and general IT skills
Main responsibilities
- Technical support & administration for support orders, feedback and billing
- Superuser IBM Maximo including system maintenance, mutations, user management, reporting and user support
- Purchasing and ordering including Superuser Access ordering tool, order processing and tracking
- Accounts payable management with control, triage and processing of invoices
- Maintenance and control of the time recording and attendance system MAPS including on-call assignments and learners
- Creation of evaluations and reports as well as support at meetings and Special orders
Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience: with ERP, maintenance or ordering systems an advantage
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): basic commercial or technical training Very good MS Office and general IT skills
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working Strong service and customer orientation
