- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei Eingriffen
- Ausbildung als Dipl.
- Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung nachgewiesene mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
Main responsibilities
- personelle und organisatorische Führung der Operationspflege
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei Eingriffen
- Verantwortung für Planung, Koordination und enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen
- Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur sowie Unterstützung der fachlichen Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
Key requirements
- Ausbildung als Dipl.
- Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit SRK-Anerkennung nachgewiesene mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Leadership und Management
- hohe Fach-, Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz
- belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitäts-bewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität (optimale Dienstleistungsbereitschaft je nach saisonaler Auslastung)
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch von Vorteil Pensum: 80-100%
