Role overview

As a team leader of our cardial rehabilitation care team, you support and support your team in demanding day care and support a professional, empathic care of our patients.

The team accompanies people holistically through the rehabilitation process, prepares them for an independent everyday life and works closely with physicians:insides, therapists:insides and other specialists.

Tasks

• Leadership and support: Professional and personal guidance of about 25 employees (about 40% direct management tasks)
• Collaboration: You support your team and work closely with the Head of Care and the doctor:
• Care: Active cooperation in care and contact person for relatives and other institutions
• Strengthen self-employment: You accompany patients: back into everyday life in self-employment
• Configure: You integrate the company's strategic and economic goals into the everyday working of the team | Requirements:
• Completed training as a Dipl.

Care specialist HF/FH

• guidance training or the willingness to complete it
• High social competence and independent and reliable functioning
• Pleasure to take responsibility
• Leadership experience of advantage
• Experience in rehabilitation of advantage
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing | We offer:
