Role overview

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely processing of production orders in compliance with quality specifications
• Loading and unloading of equipment
• Carrying out quality checks, in particular layer thickness measurements (X-ray) and visual final checks according to specifications and test instructions
• Operation and application of various software programs (MES-GalClient, X-Ray, laboratory program, maintenance planner)
• Execution of maintenance, cleaning and maintenance work according to the maintenance plan
• Safe and proper handling of chemicals
• Participation in the implementation of lean management methods, in particular 5S and Shopfloor Management
• Support for an efficient, trouble-free and quality-oriented production process
• Compliance with safety specifications and instructions for the production of electroplating Your profile
• Completed basic technical training, ideally as surface coater EFZ or with comparable training and mechanical knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in surface coating are advantageous
• Technical understanding of fully automated process and production facilities
• Experience in dealing with chemicals
• Physically fit and resilient; used to lift and carry loads up to about 20 kg
• Reliable, independent and team-oriented working methods
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good IT user knowledge, especially in MS Office
• High flexibility in terms of working hours and readiness for weekend assignments
