- Sie betreuen erwachsene Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung nach dem Konzept der «funktionalen Gesundheit , der systemisch-konstruktivistischen Haltung und den sozialpsychiatrischen Grundsätzen
- Sie begleiten Klienten im alltagspraktischen und sozialen Leben
- Sie vernetzen sich und arbeiten mit internen und externen Stellen zusammen Unser Anforderungsprofil:
- Sie haben die Ausbildung als Dipl.
- Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
- Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder Dipl.
- Sozialpädagogin / Dipl.
- Sozialpädagoge HF/FH resp. als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit oder Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich mit
- Sie sind eine herzliche und integre Persönlichkeit
