The Riders Hotel is not like any other hotel. In the heart of LAAX, close to the Halfpipe and Snowpark LAAX, riders, creatives, music lovers, families and friends come together here. The Riders Lobby serves as a living room from early morning until late evening and offers a curated menu right at the bar. People eat together in the restaurant and party into the night in the club. Reduced to the essentials: snow, music, community. The freestyle centre of LAAX.
In the middle of the club night, our guests get hungry – and you have exactly what they need. You run our Food Corner independently, prepare simple dishes and snacks, sell and handle payments, and ensure that your area remains clean and organized even when things are busy. From preparation to closing, you keep your small area under control while also being part of the club team.
What you'll do
- You prepare our Food Corner offerings and ensure that orders reach our guests quickly and at a high standard
- You serve our guests, take orders and reliably operate your own cash register.
- You prepare your area, check and continuously replenish stock, and ensure that everything is available throughout the night.
- You keep the Food Corner, work surfaces and equipment clean and ensure that our hygiene and quality standards are met.
- You handle the setup and closing of your area and ensure that, at the end, everything is clean, tidy and ready for the next club night.
What sets you apart
- You work quickly, neatly and reliably and can organize your work area independently.
- You are open and personable and enjoy being in contact with our guests, even in the middle of the night.
- You keep track even when handling several orders at the same time and remain calm under pressure.
- You handle food, goods and your cash register responsibly.
- Experience in hospitality or the kitchen is a plus, but what matters more to us is your motivation, reliability and willingness to pitch in.
