Main responsibilities

- We work on a data-based basis, closely linked with internal departments, management and external partners.
- As a squad lead marketing & product Commun ication, you lead the team and are responsible for the strategic development of brand, communication and marketing.
- You control the entire marketing funnel from Awareness via visitation to the city of Columbia.
- Pensum 90–100%, working location LAAX.
- You are also a member of the Head of Digital & Marketing and Director Customer Performance Management. What you are moving:
- You are leading and developing the Marketing & Product-Communication team, setting clear priorities and promoting your people both professionally and personally
- You are actively shaping LAAX's marketing strategy and plan your team campaigns and communication measures – from creative content with the content team (photo, video, design) to data-based optimization with our external performance agency
- You are responsible for external product communication and ensure a clear, consistent and target-group-oriented appearance that fits the LAAX brand
