Main responsibilities
- Ensuring product safety and quality throughout the process
- Support and further development of digital quality systems and the QM manual
- Organisation and implementation of internal and external audits
- Responsibility for handling customer complaints
- Training of employees in the field of quality and food safety
- With an option for further development as deputy head of quality management requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food sciences, nutritional sciences or equivalent education
- First experience or enthusiasm for quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of Swiss food legislation, standards and label requirements is advantageous
- Selected and safe expression in German as well as direct communication that inspires
