- Extensive safety in the assessment of mental disorders and broad therapeutic instruments, also in the accompaniment of processes of personal maturation and rehabilitation
- Enjoyment of psychotherapeutic work in an interdisciplinary team
- High levels of empathy, resilience and teamwork immediately or by agreement 80-100%
