Main responsibilities
- Together with the nursing management, you are responsible for the further development and assurance of the quality of care in the Center for Intensive Care Medicine (ZIM).
- You will actively design and implement nursing concepts and make an important contribution to professional nursing development.
- Together with other specialists, the nursing expert APN and the interprofessional team, you will bring your professional expertise and practical perspective to various project groups and thus make a valuable contribution to the further development of nursing practice State-of-the-art workplaces and comprehensive infrastructure Requirements:
- You are an NDS HF intensive care expert, have equivalent specialist training in intensive care or are a qualified HF/FH nursing specialist with experience in an intensive care environment.
- In addition, you have completed or are ready to complete a bachelor's and master's degree in nursing
- The further development of nursing processes and the recognition of patient needs bring you great joy
- You like challenging situations and always maintain the necessary foresight and a cool head
