We are looking for a qualified specialist in the area of quality assurance who will support our organization in all aspects of food law.
By arrangement, a part-time workload of between 60 - 100% is also possible.
Tasks
- Checking, approving, recording and maintaining raw material and merchandise specifications
- Food law review of printed products
- Creation of product specifications and declarations, taking into account food law requirements
- (CH and EU)
- Advising our sales departments on food law issues
- Answering technical customer inquiries
- Collaboration in cross-location (international) projects
- Supervision of product labels Requirements:
- Degree in food technology FH or one Equivalent degree with experience in
- Quality management/food law
- Languages: German, English
- Flair for various IT applications and administration
- Strong quality mindset
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Experience in food law and knowledge of raw materials are an advantage
