Main responsibilities
- Your Responsibilities
- Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of all kitchen activities – from breakfast service to gala dinners.
- Supporting the Executive Chef in daily organisation, planning, and team leadership.
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes – your keen eye for detail guarantees the “wow” effect for our guests.
- Maintaining the highest hygiene standards (HACCP) and ensuring the responsible handling of food and equipment.
- Contributing to the creation of new menus and dishes – your ideas are always welcome.
- Acting as the Executive Chef’s deputy during their absence – taking on responsibility with confidence and expertise. This is you
- Completed professional culinary training (EFZ or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or in high-end gourmet gastronomy.
- Strong leadership skills, team spirit, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
