- You report directly to the Rooms Division Manager and lead an international team of approximately 24 employees.Quality assurance at 5-star level: You ensure impeccable cleanliness and living quality in all guest rooms and public areas – always in line with the demanding standards of Swiss Deluxe Hotels, Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA).
- You are also responsible for our staff accommodation.Inspiring leadership: You are a coach and role model for your team.
- You are responsible for staff scheduling, conduct training sessions (equipment and cleaning procedures), carry out performance reviews and are actively involved in the recruitment process of new talents.Efficient management & logistics: You manage inventory, oversee the purchasing of hotel linen and uniforms, and coordinate the smooth laundry process in close cooperation with our sister hotel, Kulm.Interface professional: You are in daily contact with the Executive Management, Engineering, Floristry and Front Office to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
