- Completed basic training in building technology or lateral entrants from the field of electrical/mechanics with an interest in building technology (heating/sanitary)
- Professional experience in the service sector with electrotechnical knowledge is advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance are advantageous
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- High degree of independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Valid ticket, impeccable reputation and very good knowledge of German
