As an interface between service suppliers, business partners and customers, you will be responsible for IT service management and the provision of relevant SAP and non-SAP IT corporate business services.

- Completed basic or further education: with higher vocational training in computer science or comparable training as well as further training in IT service management ITIL
Main responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for a service or group of services in terms of content, cost and performance compared to agreed service levels
- Ensuring the smooth integration, optimization and further development of the responsible service
- Support of central sourcing by preparing and transmitting information and accompanying the tendering process up to service takeover
- Conducting service/operation management audits and creating management reports
- Operational link between suppliers, partners and customers
Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in the field of requirements management and management of external service providers
- Completed basic or further education: with higher vocational training in computer science or comparable training as well as further training in IT service management ITIL
- Strong experience in the IT environment (cloud provider, cloud architecture, data governance, security requirements, compliance, WAN network management, brokerage)
- In-depth experience in IT service management – preferably according to ITIL Solution- and service-oriented personality
