- Problem Solving & Continuity: Resolve highly ambiguous technical problems without standard pre-existing tools.
- Manage follow-the-sun production incidents handed off from alternate time zones.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner directly with BU leadership and senior technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to drive incident resolution and platform satisfaction.
- Platform Strategy: Anticipate business shifts to influence the technical evolution and feature roadmap of the enterprise cloud platform. Who You Are:
- Experience: Extensive background designing and implementing enterprise cloud-based solutions, using automation and cloud-native patterns to solve high-impact architectural challenges.
- AWS Platform Mastery: Deep proficiency in multi-tenant AWS environments, landing zone deployment, account provisioning, security guardrails, and feature exposure.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced expertise in Terraform or AWS CDK, focusing on building sophisticated, reusable modules to minimize code duplication.
