- Independent organisation and coordination of all administrative processes in the back office for offers in the context of public tenders
- Support of the sales team in day-to-day business – from lead and opportunity management to scheduling to structured tracking of open topics
- Preparation, quality assurance and management of offer, contract and accompanying documents such as offers, framework contracts and NDAs in close cooperation with Consulting, Legal and Finance
- Collaboration in customer projects as well as support for project-related administrative and organizational tasks
- Ensuring professional interface management with internal stakeholders and customers – including appointments, document shipping, queries and a consistently strong customer experience This job is for you if
