Main responsibilities

- Independent support and strategic development of your sales area
- Sales of innovative patient monitoring and monitoring solutions in the clinical environment – from intensive care units to digital remote monitoring
- Value Selling: Convincingly communicate clinical outcomes, economic savings and operational efficiency – not just price
- Building strategic, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, clinical decision makers and C-Suite
- Active participation in the digital transformation in the clinical environment – e.g. remote patient monitoring (RPM) and connected care solutions
- Presentation and implementation support of modern medical technologies including digital health solutions
- Independent planning and prioritization of your sales activities in line with Compass 2030 priorities Required knowledge and experience:
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in the medical technology or healthcare sector
- Understanding clinical processes and health economics (Health Economics, VBHC, VBP)
