Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, and ensuring the team meets performance targets.

Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Set sales goals and monitor performance metrics.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
  • Report sales performance to senior leadership.
  • Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experienceare minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
  • Experience in sales team management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
