What to expect
- International sales processing, in particular the receiving, recording, controlling, processing and forwarding of customer orders
- Acquisition and forwarding of technical inquiries to research & development, quality control, application technology
- Written and telephone contact with customers, subsidiaries, representatives
- Interface between sales external service, production planning, quality control and forwarding
- Support Key Account Manager and Sales Management
- Data maintenance and statistics management
What do you bring with you
- Commercial training completed
- Professional experience in international order processing is advantageous
- Excellent MS-Office knowledge
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- We require good oral and written communication skills in English, further language skills are a plus
