- First contact person for municipalities and their planning offices in questions of spatial development, use planning and construction outside the construction zones (BAB).
- Examination of municipal use plans and development of corresponding decisions at the disposal of the licensing authority.
Application process
- Our tasks range from the implementation of the government’s spatial planning guidelines and the support of local and regional planning to the examination of building applications outside the construction zones.
- The focus is on transparency, expertise and the protection of our natural livelihoods.
- In order to strengthen our team in the usage planning and BAB department, we are looking for a room planner as a district planner (80 – 100%) by agreement.
- Management of AAB procedures and examination of AAB applications and drafting of AAB permits.
- Writing consultations on other spatially relevant projects.
- Accompanying processes of particular spatial importance at municipal level. Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in spatial planning, architecture or a related professional field, ideally combined with several years of professional experience.
- Independent, structured as well as customer- and solution-oriented working method.
