- This is your chance to be a member of our shaping culture: This is what you move with usQuality Assurance: You conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.Operational Support: You actively support the Housekeeping team in daily operations and help ensure smooth workflows across all assigned areas.Team Coordination: You organize daily housekeeping activities, coordinate room assignments, and ensure that priorities are executed efficiently and on time.Training & Onboarding: You assist in the onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing on-the-job training and coaching to maintain and continuously improve service quality.Control & Documentation: You report maintenance issues, oversee Lost & Found procedures, and ensure compliance with internal policies as well as health, safety, and hygiene standards.Interdepartmental Communication: You work closely with the Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure efficient communication between departments.
