The Graubünden Pension Fund is the largest pension fund in the canton of Graubünden. It serves more than 10,000 insured persons, more than 4,000 pensioners and 130 affiliated employers. We manage a pension fund of 4.5 billion francs. Among our insured are the employees of the canton of Graubünden, the public institutions, municipalities, schools and institutions from the health and social sector. This diversity makes our work varied and creates exciting and challenging questions every day.

• For our pension team we are looking for 1\. October 2026 or by agreement a dedicated, service-oriented personality as specialist /\-in provision.
• In this versatile job, you are the contact point for our insured and employers. With your competent and solution-oriented advice, you shape the first impression of the PKGR.
• Your responsibilities
• Management of the insured and employer portal "myPKGR"
• Processing of monthly pay interfaces
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments (incoming/outgoing services, purchases, WEF\ advance payments and \-liabilities)
• Implementation of pension compensation in the event of divorce as well as processing of declarations of beneficiary and civil partnership
• Support for benefit cases in cooperation with our reinsurance
• Planning and implementation of employer visits, information events, presentations and webinars
• Active participation in projects, the further development of our processes and digitalization

• Professional experience and further training in occupational provision (specialist for personnel provision with FA)
• Enjoy analysing complex questions and developing practical solutions
• Independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as analytical and networked thinking
• High customer and service orientation
• Safe appearance and pleasure in representing the PKGR at employer visits, information events, presentations and webinars
• Knowledge of our management system SwissPension is an advantage
• Team player with pleasure in an open and respectful cooperation with short decision paths
• Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
