- As a restaurant manager at Ecco, you take on a central role and together with your team are responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional fine dining experience.
- You lead, motivate and develop the service team, ensuring that professionalism, attention and genuine hospitality shape every service.
- You are responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant, coordinate the daily service processes and together with the kitchen ensure the highest standards in quality and service.
- You are not only an organizer, but above all a host and leader who is present, takes responsibility and keeps track of challenging situations.
- Your passion and knowledge of wine also enable you to advise our guests competently and personally and to recommend suitable wine and food pairings.
