- As a regional forestry engineer, you are responsible for the municipality of Bregaglia assigned to you: implementation of the federal and cantonal forest legislation;

- Diploma as forestry engineer/in ETH or FH, or Master’s degree in environmental sciences ETH with specialisation in forest and landscape management Sound forestry knowledge
Main responsibilities
- As a regional forestry engineer, you are responsible for the municipality of Bregaglia assigned to you: implementation of the federal and cantonal forest legislation;
- Ensuring the best possible fulfilment of forest functions
- As a specialist in protective buildings, you lead corresponding projects in the South Bundles region: design of protective buildings based on current natural hazards; independent project planning and accompaniment of external project work up to the realization of protective construction projects;
- Coordination of checks, maintenance and repair of protective structures in the region Requirements
- Experience and good knowledge in the design and realization of protective structures against gravitational natural hazards; adept handling of procurement as well as integrated risk management of natural hazards in the Swiss context
- General working language is German as well as Italian;
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
