In the approximately 100 supermarkets of the cooperative Migros Ostschweiz we provide everything for the daily needs of our customers. Our employees are in use with much Elan and Esprit to guarantee our traditional values such as freshness and quality at a fair price.
Mansioni - Depending on the previous knowledge, targeted training is added - Professional leadership of an area (e.g. fruit & vegetables, dairy, food, non food, cash registers etc.) - Sales promotion and customer service and consulting - Sales, cost, inventory and warehouse management - Ordering, goods receipt checks, goods presentation and disposition
Requisiti - Multiannual professional experience: in retail, food industry - Complete basic or advanced training: in retail, food industry - Very good knowledge of food - Reliability, flexibility and high readiness - Self-working and friendly handling of customers - Leadership experience of advantage and willingness to continue training (e.g. retail specialist) - German (very good knowledge)
