Role overview
As a specialist building office of the Canton of Graubünden, the Building Construction Office represents the interests of the canton as property owner and/or building owner and is responsible for all services of real estate management.
This includes the structuring of the real estate portfolio, the planning, realization and management of real estate as well as consulting.
We are looking for a project manager/in portfolio management by 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

- Proactive and long-term real estate portfolio and investment planning of the canton’s broad portfolio
- Portfolio structuring and optimization and control of sub-portfolios
Main responsibilities
- Proactive and long-term real estate portfolio and investment planning of the canton’s broad portfolio
- Portfolio structuring and optimization and control of sub-portfolios
- Definition of room and equipment standards for cantonal administration
- Review of registered user needs for feasibility and compliance with strategic objectives and real estate principles
- Site evaluation and occupancy planning of real estate
- Representation of building owners as project manager for the sustainable, strategic planning and control of new buildings, renewals and repairs
- Cooperation with other cantonal authorities and external partners to promote sustainable real estate solutions and achieve the best possible synergies Requirements
- You have completed training as an architect with further education / experience in strategic planning
- You have experience in project management and preferably also as a client representative
- You have the ability to present and communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly in German
