- You connect ICT infrastructure and business requirements, lead complex projects and support users through training, reporting and documentation Requirements
- Completed IT training or studies (EFZ/HF/FH) and several years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer; Certifications (CSA, CAD) are an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of administration, configuration and platform operation – incl.
- Workflows, flow designers, role concepts and ITSM modules
- Good programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and API interfaces;
- Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus
- An analytical, customer-oriented personality with enjoyment of process optimization as well as good knowledge of German and English
