Role overview
Design the Migros branches of tomorrow with us: In this central project management role, you will be responsible for demanding conversion and new construction projects for our supermarkets, from the initial idea to the successful opening.
You coordinate everyone involved, keep deadlines, costs and quality under control and ensure a smooth start to our new locations.

- You are responsible for conversion and new construction projects for our supermarket branches across all SIA phases - from the initial planning to the successful opening
- You coordinate general and total contractors, architects, specialist planners as well as internal interfaces (sales point planning, facility management, branch operations) and lead them in a goal-oriented manner through the entire project process
- Independent, structured way of working and assertiveness towards all those involved in the project German (business fluent) French (advantageous) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for conversion and new construction projects for our supermarket branches across all SIA phases - from the initial planning to the successful opening
- You coordinate general and total contractors, architects, specialist planners as well as internal interfaces (sales point planning, facility management, branch operations) and lead them in a goal-oriented manner through the entire project process
- You monitor deadlines, costs and quality on the construction site and ensure compliance with the relevant standards and regulations (SIA, Fire protection, occupational safety, etc.)
- You negotiate work contracts, check addenda and are responsible for cost control according to BKP, including the approval of invoices and construction accounts
- You hold building owner meetings, document decisions and prepare regular reports for department and management
- You accompany the rectification of defects, warranty periods and the handover to branch operations and thus ensure a smooth start to the new locations Requisiti - ideally 5-10 years: As client representative or project manager of construction projects in the north-west of Switzerland
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): Completed studies in architecture or construction management or equivalent training or further education (e.g.
- Technician HF construction planning, etc.)
- Professional experience as a project or construction manager, ideally in commercial, retail or supermarket construction
- Sound knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA, CRB, BKP) as well as contract law.
