- With administrative activities you support the care service on the station
- You are responsible for ordering office, laboratory and consumable materials as well as collecting demand reports
- Internal transport service order coordinate and arrange independently
- The coordination of appointments is in your area of responsibility
- You ensure the reliable distribution of incoming mail
- Entry and exit are handled administratively efficiently and carefully Requirements
- You have a commercial education, training as a medical secretary, health care specialist and/or corresponding clinical or medical professional experience
