## Tasks: - You actively shape the implementation of our education mission and bring your ideas - You plan, accompany and evaluate the educational processes of our learners and students according to training plan and learning objectives - You support learners and students in challenging situations – both professionally and humanly – especially in dealing with medical illness images and crisis situations - You participate in the further development of our educational concept, both at the station and at the spital level
## Requirements: - You have a diploma as a nursing specialist / nursing professional HF/FH as well as professional experience in a Swiss health institution - You already own the vocational training course and the SVEB certificate (level 1) or bring the motivation to acquire these qualifications in a timely manner. - Your work is characterised by a responsible, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for young people's education - You are a:e kommunikative:r Teamplayer:in and are keen to develop the quality of care and the culture of learning in our acutgeriatry together
