- Operation and monitoring of our production facilities in the area
- Ensuring a smooth production process in compliance with quality, hygiene and safety requirements
- Recognize and correct simple faults as well as support for optimization of production processes
- Implementation of cleaning and control work according to specifications
- Collaboration in the training of new employees and active cooperation in the production team
- Careful documentation of production data in ERP system Requirements:
- Completed training in the food industry, dairy technology or a similar specialty beneficial
- Experience in the food industry, dairy industry or cheese factory
- Experience in dealing with ERP systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2–C1) Readiness for shift work
